3.5 pkid supports two-factor authentication (2FA). Users are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from Account Settings immediately following initial pkid login. pkid accepts no responsibility for account losses where 2FA was available but not enabled by the user.
4.1 All financial transactions on pkid are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkid accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may change; the current list is displayed in your pkid account Cashier at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own name. pkid reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party payment methods are identified.
4.3 pkid applies minimum and maximum transaction limits which are displayed in the Cashier section of your pkid account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit or to verified bank accounts registered in your name. pkid targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier, but is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
4.5 pkid does not charge internal fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges; users are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating transactions.
5.1 All sports bets placed on pkid are governed by the pkid Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms and are available in the Help section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

6.1 pkid may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal until wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

11.2 pkid may be required to disclose user data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial crime units in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosure does not constitute a breach of confidentiality by pkid.
12.1 pkid reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkid reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.
12.2 Upon termination of your pkid account, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Verified account balances net of any pending investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.
12.3 You may close your pkid account voluntarily at any time by contacting pkid support via the live chat in your member dashboard. Voluntary account closure does not affect the resolution of any outstanding transactions or disputes.
